Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead customers through the automotive sales process
• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while adhering to manufacturer and dealership policies
• Explain vehicle features and benefits to clients
• Present and explain pricing and payment information that is compiled by sales managers
• Demonstrate vehicle technologies
• Work closely with sales management and finance team on deals
• Communicate with customers in person, via phone, email and text
• Deliver personal experiences to every customer to build relationships
• Complete all required training for sales certification and maintain your certification status with courses and training as directed by management

Skills and Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry required
• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Understanding of the automotive sales process preferred
• Strong work ethic to continuously generate new business
• Attention to detail to ensure sales process is always followed accurately
• Friendly and professional at all times
• Computing ability to explain vehicle pricing to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
